The short version: ClassifyX collects no data. None.
ClassifyX analyzes the photos on your device to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and low-quality images, and can compress photos you select. All analysis — including face detection — runs entirely on your device using on-device machine learning.
Nothing. ClassifyX has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers. Your photos, and any information derived from them, never leave your device.
The index the app builds (fingerprints of your photos) is stored only in the app's private storage on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple processes purchases.
ClassifyX asks for access to your photo library solely to analyze, compress and (at your request) delete photos on your device. Deletions always require your explicit confirmation through the system dialog.
The optional archive feature opens the standard iOS share sheet so you can send photos to your own cloud storage apps. ClassifyX itself never uploads anything; any transfer happens directly between your device and the app you choose, under that app's privacy policy.
ClassifyX does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
