ClassifyX scans your photo library, shows you exactly how many gigabytes are wasted on duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and junk — then cleans it all in a few taps. Everything happens on your phone.

What it finds

A full diagnosis of your gallery — free

The scan indexes your whole library in minutes (built and tested on 17,000+ photo libraries). You see everything it finds, and exactly how much space you can get back, before paying anything.

Exact duplicates

Byte-identical copies, verified by content hash. The safest delete you'll ever make.

Similar shots

Bursts and near-identical photos. ClassifyX auto-picks the best one — highest resolution, sharpest — and pre-selects the rest.

Screenshots & WhatsApp

The two categories that silently pile up by the thousand, bucketed and ready for mass cleanup.

Junk & empty

Blurry photos, accidental pocket shots, black frames — detected with on-device image analysis.

People

On-device face detection groups the photos that actually matter — so you clean around them, not through them.

Compression

Shrink heavy photos by 50–70% with no visible difference. Compressed copies keep their original date and place in your timeline.

How it works

Three steps to a lighter phone

1

Scan free

ClassifyX fingerprints your library on-device and shows the full picture: every duplicate group, every category, every reclaimable gigabyte.

2

Review

The best photo in each group is pre-selected to keep. You stay in control — nothing is ever deleted without your confirmation.

3

Clean

Delete and compress in batches with a single confirmation. Watch the "freed so far" counter grow.

Cloud archive

Move old photos to free cloud storage — yours, not ours

Connect your own Google Drive accounts — several of them if you like (two accounts = 30 GB free). Give every account its own slider, or hand-pick photos with date and size filters. ClassifyX uploads the oldest photos first into a tidy ClassifyX Archive folder organized by year, keeps a local index of exactly where every photo went, then frees the space on your phone — while small previews stay browsable in the app.

Multiple accounts

Connect the same provider as many times as you want. Every free tier counts.

🗂

No lock-in

Plain files in a plain Drive folder, organized by year. Delete the app and your photos are still right there.

Local index

Which photo, which account, full path — recorded on your device only. Everything stays findable.

Privacy

"Data Not Collected" — literally

ClassifyX has no servers, no account, no analytics and no ads. All analysis — including face detection — runs on your phone. Photos you archive go directly from your phone to your own cloud account, never through us. That's what our App Store privacy label says, because it's true. Read the full privacy policy.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. One purchase unlocks unlimited cleaning forever on your App Store account. Major new capabilities may arrive as separate one-time purchases — always pay once, never a subscription.

Can ClassifyX delete photos without asking?

No — it's technically impossible. Every deletion goes through the system confirmation dialog that iOS and Android show you, in one batch per cleanup.

What happens to photos I archive to Google Drive?

They're uploaded to a "ClassifyX Archive" folder in your own account, organized by year. ClassifyX uses a permission that only lets it see files it created itself — it can never read the rest of your Drive.

Does it work with big libraries?

It was built on a 17,000+ photo library. The first scan takes a few minutes; every scan after that only processes new photos and takes seconds.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Norwegian (bokmål) and French — including the App Store listing and the permission dialogs.

When is it available?

ClassifyX is in the final stage before App Store release, iPhone first. Android follows. Questions? post@muidatech.com
