ClassifyX is a mobile application published by Muida Tech AS, Grini Næringspark 3, 1361 Østerås, Norway (org. no. 927533464). By downloading or using ClassifyX you agree to these terms.
ClassifyX analyzes the photo library on your device to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and low-quality images, lets you delete or compress them, and can upload photos you select to your own cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive). All analysis runs on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. Scanning and browsing are free. Cleaning features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase processed by the app store; store terms and refund rules apply. Additional features may be offered as separate one-time purchases.
Your photos remain yours; we claim no rights to them. You are responsible for what you delete: deletions always require your confirmation through the operating system's dialog, and we recommend keeping backups of important photos. Cloud uploads go to accounts you own and control; the storage provider's own terms apply to that storage.
When you connect a cloud account, ClassifyX uses that provider's official interfaces with the narrowest available permission (for Google Drive: access only to files the app itself created). We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muida Tech AS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of photos or data; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted at this address with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it — your local data is removed with it.
