Choose Flutter if you want one codebase for both iOS and Android, faster time-to-market and lower maintenance cost — ideal for MVPs and standard apps. Zephyr RTOS is an open-source real-time operating system backed by the Linux Foundation, designed for resource-constrained devices. We use it for IoT projects on Nordic nRF52 and nRF9160 because it provides production-ready drivers, Bluetooth and NB-IoT stacks out of the box, modular architecture and solid OTA update support. The result: shorter development time, lower power consumption and firmware that is easy to maintain for years.
